Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

There are multiple available shipping methods at Q1 Aero Products. The options are FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx First Overnight. These methods are also available under the checkout section of the website. The shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the products.

 

You can also pick up the items that you ordered at our store location at 7537 Kimber Street, Unit #2 Mississauga, Ontario L5S 1A7. Please note that we will contact you once the order is ready before you pick it up.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

You will receive your package within a week, depending on the availability. If the items that you ordered are not in stock, it might take at least two weeks or so. You will also receive a tracking number to track your package. If you have any other questions, you can always contact us at info@q1aero.ca or call us at 905-678-1234.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will be sent to the email that you provided us.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, it will be easier to check out if you have an account, therefore, you do not need to fill in all the information that we need.

Once you decided which items to buy and put it in your shopping cart, you will then redirected to the checkout page of the website. In this page, it will ask you fill up the form which asks for your personal information including your address. You can also input a promotional code if necessary, and then you click the “Place an Order"
